This spring brunch was full of fresh flavors and local ingredients—perfect for the season! The vibrant produce and seasonal florals truly brought everything to life. 🌸 Menu Highlights
🧀 Ham & Cheese Puff Pastry Pinwheels -using Proudly Wisconsin Cheese


These were incredibly simple and a hit with everyone! I used a maple-glazed Boar’s Head ham and a mix of cheeses from both Marieke Gouda (Mature 6-9 Months) and Wood River Creamery (Gouda Gruyere) from Metcalfe’s Market for extra flavor.

🍊 Mini Citrus Pavlovas



A friend made these and they turned out beautifully—light, airy, and citrusy. This is one of my favorite desserts and I’ll definitely be making them again!

🥕 Carrot-Ginger Cocktail with Honey Simple Syrup

Refreshing, slightly spicy, and perfect for brunch. A unique twist using fresh carrot juice, ginger, and a homemade honey syrup. I absolutely love this cocktail recipe, its so refreshing and can be made n/a for a delicious juice as well.

🍳 Sausage & Kale Mini Frittatas:


These and they were absolutely amazing—such a perfect addition to round out the brunch spread. I’ll definitely be making them for a quick and easy breakfast! ( added onion and cherry tomatoes for extra flavor.)
Mini Frittata Recipe (Makes 12):
- 8 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup cooked crumbled sausage
- 1/2 cup kale, chopped and sautéed
- Optional herbs: thyme, rosemary, garlic
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
- Cook sausage until browned; set aside.
- Sauté kale briefly in the same pan.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Stir in cheese, sausage, kale, and herbs.
- Pour mixture into muffin cups and bake for 18–22 minutes, or until set.
Herbed Butter Dipped Radishes
These were so dang beautiful and really delicious. They were the perfect addition to round out our spring spread.

🌼 Table Setting
For the centerpiece, I drew inspiration from Pinterest and created a flower arrangement using carrots and ranunculus for a playful, springtime look. The Metcalfe’s Market floral department always has the best selection—fresh, colorful, and affordable!
